Mission Statement

To promote and enhance our quality of life and opportunities for development through partnerships and information communications technology within the City of St. Thomas and the County of Elgin.

goals:

To develop a “single window” access point to public and private sector services and information via a community portal in order to create an integrated community network that will facilitate applications solutions for community and economic development and define Elgin and St. Thomas as a “smart” community.
To assist in the creation of a County wide network infrastructure to allow Municipal offices, libraries, fire departments, etc to connect to one another, and to facilitate internet access to the public in un-serviced or under-serviced areas.
